Francis Ouimet brought the game a great deal, and he brought history to life.  A Game of Golf, by Francis Ouimet, was first published in 1932 and has been faithfully reprinted by Sports a game of golf francis quimet cover 90x90Media Group in 2004, with the bonus of a Foreword by Ben Crenshaw, who knows some golf history himself and has fond memories of The Country Club, in Brookline MA This remarkable book is available from Ann Arbor Media Group, 2500 S.
